Fleet/Mainteance Coordinator We have an exciting

Fleet/Mainteance Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a trade qualified Fleet Service Mainteance Coordinator, with experience in Campervans/Motorhomes. The role will be positioned in our Brisbane Head Office.

Duties as follows but not limited to:

Maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are roadworthy and compliant with all regulations
Coordinate vehicle repairs and inspections
authorise vehicle maintenance and costing
Manage Roadside Assistance and outsource service provider for customers
Answer Roadside service calls
Liaise and maintain contact with vehicle service providers
Implement inventory management systems to track stock levels and reduce wastage.
Optimise warehouse layout and organization for maximum efficiency.
Processing service & parts sheets & daily purchase orders;
Maintaining Campervans repairs
Meeting and talking with Customers
data entry
All other duties in relation to workshop management.

Skills and experience

You will be a friendly, analytical person with problem solving skills. You will be capable of handling multiple tasks with the initiative to ensure consistent follow up when necessary. Following skills and experience are required:

Qualified Mechanic or knowlegde of Fleet management
Customer service experience
Data entry and computer skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Able to work in a team environment
